I really wanna get me some whisky like that, atm I just have a case of Mythos beer and some vodka
Rico convinced me to try Boag's a few years ago and it's been my go to beer ever since!
Been hitting up spirits (particularly bourbon and scotch) a lot more recently, nothing fancy just the regular stuff. But I drink just about anything + I'm poor atm so I have whatever tends to be cheapest but isn't trash like Carlton Draught is good enough haha.
White Rabbit and Little Creatures are the best beers I've had though
Had some white rabbit dark ale a month ago, was nice stuff.

I love the white rabbit stuff, unfortunately it's a bit expensive. The pub I go to had it on tap for a while, that was awesome.
I'm drinking James Squire Pale Ale, atm.
There's a few pretty good crafty type beers here in NZ - I've drunk quite a bit of Tuatara lately
Kosciuszko pale ale is probably my new favourite right now, but always open to new beer
I am mostly drink my own home brew now. I have grot pretty serious about it and I can make some pretty decent beer.
I came 5th at the Victorian brewing championships for my Belgian Wit beer. I am also setting up a mini brew club with some mates.
@ Bandit I drank a shit load of Mythos when I was in Greece.
I like White rabbit dark ale as well, very nice drop.
Oh lame, just realised I probably won't be able to brew my own til I own my own house now.

Well for while I live in a unit of the size I'm in now, anyway.

You might be suppressed on what you can get away with equipment wise.
You can basically do all grain brewing with $50 or spend up to 5K+
It is possible to brew on your stove top, I do it a bit.
And if you have a cupboard that stays nice and cool you can ferment in that.
I just bought some 12 Yr Chivas Regal. The after taste is nice but I think i can find better
nice, i ran out of Glen Moray.. Got some cheap Dewars White Label for the time being. Really want to try the 12yo Highbury Park but it seems kinda tricky to find.
You guys and your whiskey.. I have never been able to get into it. Maybe I am just soft/
I think its one of those things where you have to persist with it to fully appreciate, like coffee or wine
